Doctoral certificate and report

Immediately after the oral examination you will receive a provisional certificate from the examination commission, confirming the average mark for your dissertation, the average mark for the oral defence and the date of the successfully accomplished doctoral examination.

The original documents are handed out twice a year (at the beginning of the lecture period) at the graduation ceremony of the Combined Faculties of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences.

To receive a certified copy of your doctoral certificate and your doctoral report (before the graduation ceremony) you have to proof the publication of your dissertation by submitting the appropriate form „proof of publication“ to the office of the Combined Faculties of Mathematics, Engineering and Natural Sciences. You also have to submit the „Release form“ (only for Chemists).
